Engage 2026 Recap: Building What’s Next, Together

Executive recap of Enveyo Engage 2026, highlighting customer growth, key industry conversations, product roadmap insights, and how collaboration is shaping what’s next in logistics.

In business, there are moments when you can feel progress accelerating. Not just in the metrics or milestones, but in the quality of the dialogue—the conversations, the questions, and the ideas being shared.

That’s exactly what Engage 2026 delivered. Momentum built from the start and carried through the entire week.

One theme came through consistently: alignment. Shippers and 3PLs may face different day-to-day realities, but the broader priorities are the same – move faster, make better decisions with data, and stay agile in an environment that rarely slows down.

Engage is designed to create space for the conversations behind those priorities. When customers, partners, and our teams can work through challenges together, face-to-face, you can feel the momentum build.

We opened on the golf course, giving customers, partners, and our team time to connect without an agenda—just great conversation and relationships that carried through the rest of the week.

The opening reception built on that energy—new introductions, familiar faces, and the start of conversations that continued throughout the event.

From there, sessions stayed intentionally hands-on. Customers partnered directly with our data analyst team and worked in the software in real time. We focused on practical application, grounded in day-to-day realities like execution, data management, and decision-making in a complex environment.

The customer panel reinforced those themes with a direct, candid discussion of the pressures teams are under and how they’re adapting. That level of openness makes the dialogue stronger. When leaders share what’s working and what still needs attention, everyone learns faster and the momentum accelerates.

One standout example was Steve from Alogistico, who shared a clear, practical view of what it takes to evolve operations in a thoughtful, sustainable way.

The message wasn’t “we’ve arrived,” but “we’re building”—a mindset that resonated across the room and reflected where many teams are today.

That same practicality showed up in Engage Hours, which remain one of the most valuable parts of the week. These working sessions give customers dedicated time with our executive team, account managers, and data analysts to focus on the priorities that matter most to their business.

That level of access is intentional. We believe staying close to customers and working through challenges side by side is how the best outcomes happen, and Engage Hours turn that belief into action.

Outside of sessions, as is our tradition, we made time to connect in a different setting.

The afternoon at Cave Creek Outfitters offered a change of pace, horseback riding, UTVs, and plenty of time to talk. Those shared experiences strengthen relationships beyond the event and contribute to the momentum we’re building together.

To close out the week, we shared an executive view of where Enveyo is headed next—and how the product strategy ties back to the outcomes customers care about most. The 2026 roadmap builds on the foundation customers rely on today, while expanding what teams can do with their data and how precisely they can execute.

The focus is clear: more flexibility, deeper insight, and stronger connectivity across the ecosystem—delivered in a way that reduces friction rather than adding complexity for day-to-day users.  The goal is to keep momentum moving forward in a way that feels natural within the flow of work.

Stepping back, the takeaway from the week is straightforward:

Progress in this industry comes from adapting quickly and that starts with the right conversations, with the right people. Engage continues to be where those conversations happen, where ideas get sharper, and where momentum gets stronger.

We’re already looking ahead to next year with a clear focus: creating an even stronger environment for customers to connect, challenge assumptions, and leave with a clearer path forward.

If this year was any indication, we’re just getting started—and the momentum is only building.
